Established in 2011, PrincessBrows is an internationally recognised, luxury beauty treatment centre based in Hong Kong. The High Society Skin Clinic is a skin management clinic under PrincessBrows, focusing on facials, laser, aesthetic medicine HIFU treatments and the popular HIFU Magic V Lift non-invasive facelift treatment. We offer free personal consultations to ensure each treatment is tailored to your individual needs. Our services are designed to transform the way you look, but most importantly, the way you feel.
We also run the PrincessBrows Training Academy for semi-permanent make-up therapists. Whether you’re just starting out, or looking to build on your existing skills, we have the training programme for you.

about the founder, rebecca chung
Rebecca Chung is a permanent make-up specialist and a skilled trainer teaching in the US, UK, Russia, the Netherlands and China. She founded PrincessBrows in Hong Kong in 2011 and the PrincessBrows Training Academy in 2013.
A pioneer in the industry, Rebecca has created her own manual semi-permanent brow technique, Micro Blading, and was the first beauty therapist in Hong Kong to offer hairline tattoo and lash tattoo treatments. She has been a speaker at numerous permanent make-up conferences worldwide, and in 2014, was named Biotek Quality Ambassador for the high level of quality and professionalism achieved in her work with Biotek pigments.
In 2015, she launched a brand, The House of PMU, offering a permanent make-up pigment treatment series. She also created Precision Microblades – a high-end brow tattooing tool for beauty therapists and the first of its kind on the market. The tool is made to the highest standards of health and safety : every single needle is sterilized and individually packed to avoid contamination. It comes with a safety cap and is 100% disposable.
Rebecca also organised The House of PMU Masterclass Conference and Permanent Make-Up Championship in 2016 – a first for Hong Kong. More than 80 participants from all around the world flew in to participate in this memorable event.
